Our new Patient Portal provides you with secure digital access to your medical records – convenient and available at all times. Access is granted via two-factor authentication (email and SMS) and is, of course, free of charge. Your personal data is protected in accordance with the highest security standards.

If you did not register during your stay at the hospital, you may request access at any time afterwards. Please complete the access request form in full. Once your details have been reviewed, you will receive a personalised registration link by email. In addition, a PIN code will be sent to you via SMS.
Access is provided through secure two-factor authentication. After successful registration, you may log in to the Patient Portal at any time and conveniently view your medical records.
For online requests submitted via the access request form: Please include a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
For in-person collection: Access will be granted upon presentation of an original valid government-issued photo ID.
