Access is granted via two-factor authentication (email and SMS) and is, of course, free of charge. Please complete the <a href=\"#zugangsformular\"><strong>access request form<\/strong><\/a> in full. Once your details have been reviewed, you will receive a personalised registration link by email. In addition, a PIN code will be sent to you via SMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access is provided through secure two-factor authentication. After successful registration, you may log in to the Patient Portal at any time and conveniently view your medical records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Identity
